This hospitality package is located on level 6 of the Grandstand within the Panoramic Restaurant, which offers beautiful views of the racecourse. The package includes the following;

• ‘Petit dejeuner’ canapés and champagne reception

Gold Package

This hospitality facility is situated on the top floor of a bespoke three story marquee and with its private balcony, offers superb views of the racing. It also includes a catwalk to showcase some of the worlds leading designers including Phillip Treacy and Vivienne Westwood. It includes the following;

• Reserved table for the day (exclusive tables of 10 or shared tables for smaller groups)

Silver Package

Located in the Old Paddock on the ground floor of the same triple-decker facility as our Gold package, this restaurant is a beautiful luxury marquee with a terrace on the edge of the track looking towards the Grandstand. This restaurant offers a wonderful opportunity to sample the beauty and atmosphere of Ascot Racecourse. The package includes:

Bronze Package

Our Bronze package, is situated within the Imperial Village which is located directly opposite the main Grandstand and within the racetrack itself. Guests view the racing from a private viewing area which is right on the rail overlooking the finish line and this includes a raised viewing platform.
