How to arrange your Tennis Hospitality
Talk to us and tell us what you have in mind. We will explain all the options and suggest the best package to exceed your client’s expectations - all within budget and to suit timescales.
Our Tennis hospitality packages includes the following:
- Private table for 10 or more guests (smaller numbers are catered for, but will generally share a table with another firm)
- Reserved debenture seat
- Champagne reception
- 4 course meal
- Complimentary bar
- Traditional afternoon tea of strawberries and cream
- Hostesses in attendance
- Souvenir match programme
- Closed circuit TV coverage within your facility
- Guest speaker
- Newspapers, umbrellas and cushions are available on request
We can provide Tennis hospitality at the following venues:
- DFS Classic, Edgbaston, Birmingham (Women's)
- Stella Artois Tournament, Queens Club, London (Men's)
- International Open, Eastbourne (Women's)
- Nottingham Open, Nottingham (Men's)
We can provide packages for the three other tennis major competitions;
- French Open, Paris
- USA
- Australian Open, Melbourne
Gala Events can also provide hospitality at the British Davis Cup matches, which are often held in Number One Court at Wimbledon or at the NIA, Birmingham.
