Have you ever just secured hospitality or tickets for a major event and then after a couple of calls to local hotels, realised that you can’t find a hotel room for you and your guests? This situation provides a great deal of aggravation and time and Gala Events are pleased to take this potential nightmare off your hands. We are pleased to be able to find you a hotel room within 10 miles of every sporting event and we will do our best to provide you with a choice of venue, where possible. Our choices of hotels have been used by many event users in the past and are therefore guaranteed to be of a high quality.

Travel

After purchasing hospitality or tickets for an event, many customers like to impress their clients further by providing transport to the venue. Gala Events are pleased to offer a range of options as part of our service. We can firstly provide a minibus or coach to pick you up from any location and to include as many pick ups and drops that you require. We can also provide a limousine service, with many different options, such as size, on board entertainment and colour. The third option which is particularly of interest for the busy major events, is a helicopter service. We provide a package where you meet at one of our recommended hotels for a breakfast and champagne reception, before our selected helicopter firm take you in to the venue. This cuts out any issues of traffic jams and provides you with a stress free journey into the venue. With the frequency that we use our preferred suppliers, we able to obtain discounted rates on all of the above methods of transport.
