Sporting Dinners Hospitality

Gala Events operate a number of sporting dinners every year, combining a quality evening of entertainment with a good quality three course meal. Gala’s evenings aim to get away from the type of speakers who clients have seen a number of times and aim for fresh guests who are still involved in their sport in some way, or who have only just left their game.

Prices are £65 pp + vat or £595 + vat for a table of ten

Dinner Sponsorship

The Gala Events Sporting dinners feature one main sponsor, which is a fabulous way of entertaining and gaining brand recognition in the process. It is also a great opportunity for your guests to meet the evening’s speakers and have a photograph taken at the start of the event. The package includes the following;

• Title sponsorship of the event, which will be featured in all pre-event publicity
• VIP reception with the evening’s speakers in a private room before the event commences
• Welcome drinks reception
• Photograph of your guests with the evening’s speakers
• Opportunity to display any branding or product demonstrations in the suite or welcome drinks room
• Opportunity to give out literature for up to 450 guests on the evening
• Company logo on the evening’s menus and tickets
• The best positioned table of ten on the evening, next to the speakers table
• An additional 2 guests to sit on the top table with the evening’s speakers

VIP Tables

The Gala Events Sporting Dinners also give companies the opportunity to have VIP tables on the evening. This gives firm’s the chance to have one of the best positioned tables, near to the guest speakers table, have 2 of their party to attend the VIP drinks reception and also to have their company branding on the menus and tickets that are produced for the evening.

The cost of these tables is £850 + vat for a table of ten.
