• The package I'd like to book is showing online as POA, what do I do?

  Please speak to a member of the Gala Events Team for more information. Either chat with us live online, call 0800 195 4250, email sales@galahospitality.co.uk or complete our online enquiry form.

• Is the package price per person or per table?

  In general, prices are shown on a per person basis. However, some private tables have a minimum number of people.

• I have a large group I wish to book for, can this be done online?

  Yes, as long as there is availability. Once you have chosen which event, package and date you wish to book, you will then have the option to choose the amount of places you wish to purchase.

• Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

  The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

• What's the dress code for Henley Regatta hospitality?

  Ladies should dress in a manner as befits a formal occasion. Dresses and skirts should be of modest length, defined as falling just above or lower than the knee. Trousers must be full length. Whilst not mandatory, it is customary for ladies to wear hats. Shorts, jeans and trainers are strictly not permitted.

  Gentlemen are required to wear lounge suits or jackets, or blazers with flannels and a collared shirt. Whilst not mandatory, gentlemen are encouraged to wear a tie or cravat. Shorts, jeans and trainers are strictly not permitted.

• How does the river boat cruise work?

  There are selected cruises throughout the day. Hostesses will arrange a time with you on arrival. You cannot pre-book as this is run on a first-come first-served basis.

• How far are the Regatta Enclosures from Henley Train Station?

  The station is a flat walk, approximately 10-15 minutes from the Regatta Enclosure entrances.
