  • What's the best way to get to Anfield by bus?

    Bus is fast frequent and convenient with ‘express’ services that will get you to and from Anfield and Liverpool City Centre in around 15mins.

  • Can I alter my booking at a later date?

    Subject to our Terms and Conditions and availability, your booking cannot be altered. Although, we will always do our best to accommodate changes.

  • How do I book football hospitality?

  • How will I receive my Liverpool hospitality tickets?

    Anfield uses NFC (near field communication) technology for stadium entry and all tickets will be digital on a smartphone, in the form of an NFC pass. All ticket holders must download their NFC Passes to their smartphone before the game to ensure they are ready before reaching the turnstiles.  Please speak to a member of the Gala Events Team for more information.   • Can I take a bag to Anfield?

    Bags are NOT permitted in the stadium and there are no bag storage facilities available.

  • Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

    The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

  • Can I use cash at Anfield?

    Anfield is a cashless stadium – contactless and/or chip and pin payments are required in all areas. This includes all Liverpool hospitality areas too.

  • I have a large group I wish to book for, can this be done online?

    Yes, as long as there is availability. Once you have chosen which event, package and date you wish to book, you will then have the option to choose the amount of places you wish to purchase.

  • The package I'd like to book is showing online as POA, what do I do?

  • Will all of my party be seated together?

    Yes, when you book your hospitality event, we will try our best to ensure that all of your party are sat together. We will be able to clarify groupings with you at the point of booking.
