  • I have a large group I wish to book for, can this be done online?

    Yes, as long as there is availability. Once you have chosen which event, package and date you wish to book, you will then have the option to choose the amount of places you wish to purchase.

  • Is the package price per person or per table?

    In general, prices are shown on a per person basis. However, some private tables have a minimum number of people.

  • Do the prices quoted include VAT?

    Please note that the prices quoted are per person and are subject to UK VAT, which is currently charged at 20%. VAT is added to the price within the booking section of the website.

  • Is there a dress code for Silverstone hospitality?

    Smart-casual wear is suggested for Silverstone hospitality. Jackets and ties aren’t necessary, but avoid wearing ripped/faded jeans, sports wear or trainers. It is advisable to dress for the weather.

  • Is there car parking at Silverstone?

    Car parks open up to half an hour before gate opening times and are closed overnight – subject to change. Please speak tot he Gala team about the various pricing.

  • When should I expect to receive my Silverstone hospitality documents?

    For peace of mind, we’ll send your tickets and documentation approximately five to ten days before your event takes place.

  • Can I use cash at Silverstone?

    Yes, although card/contactless payments are preferred.

  • Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

    The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.
