As a market-leading provider of sporting lunch and dinner experiences, Gala are always keen to keep one step ahead of our competitors. In the last couple of years alone we have worked with the likes of Jamie Carragher, Tony Adams, Paul Gascoigne and Michael Owen from the world of football, rugby legends Mike Tindall, Zinzan Brooke, David Campese and Martin Corry and cricketing superstars James Anderson, Alastair Cook, Stuart Broad and Glenn McGrath.

Our London hospitality events always include a complimentary bar, and all our sporting dinners and lunches include a three course dinner, VIP host, charity memorabilia auction and the chance to hear from some of the biggest names in sport. Our upgraded package also includes the opportunity to have a pre-event reception with our VIPs, a professional photo and the best seats in the room, and our sponsors are joined for the day on their tables by the big names!

  • Which events can I book online?

    All events with a 'Book Tickets' section are available to book online. You will be able to add your chosen package to your basket on the individual package page.

  • How far in advance do I need to book?

    It is always best to book as early as possible to ensure access to the best facilities possible.

  • I have a large group I wish to book for, can this be done online?

    Yes, as long as there is availability. Once you have chosen which event, package and date you wish to book, you will then have the option to choose the amount of places you wish to purchase.

  • The package I'd like to book is showing online as POA, what do I do?

    Please speak to a member of the Gala Events Team for more information. Either chat with us live online, call 0800 195 4250, email sales@galahospitality.co.uk or complete our online enquiry form.

  • When and how do I pay for my online booking?

    Enter your card details on the payment page when asked to do so. Once your card has been verified, your booking will be confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Do I have to pay when booking online?

    In order to secure your booking online, you will need to either pay by credit or debit card using our secure online payment system. If you wish to make a payment by invoice, please speak to one of the Gala Events team. Click here

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are securely encrypted. Please note, we do not add a surcharge when paying by credit card.

  • Can I alter my booking at a later date?

    Subject to our Terms and Conditions and availability, your booking cannot be altered. Although, we will always do our best to accommodate changes.

  • Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

    The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

  • Will all of my party be seated together?

    Yes, when you book your hospitality event, we will try our best to ensure that all of your party are sat together. We will be able to clarify groupings with you at the point of booking.

  • Can we bring our own branding, theming or promotional material?

    This cannot be guaranteed, however, we will accommodate wherever feasible. Please discuss options available with a member of the Gala Events team. Click Here

  • Will there be an official photographer during my corporate hospitality event?
