• Is there a min/max number of people that can book to attend an experience?

  There are no minimum numbers, although certain facilities will have minimum numbers for private tables. The maximum number is dependent on the event and availability but we regularly cater for very large parties.

• Will all of my party be seated together?

  Yes, when you book your hospitality event, we will try our best to ensure that all of your party are sat together. We will be able to clarify groupings with you at the point of booking.

• Is the package price per person or per table?

  In general, prices are shown on a per person basis. However, some private tables have a minimum number of people.

• How will I receive my Durham Cricket corporate hospitality tickets?

  You’ll receive your Durham cricket corporate hospitality tickets via email.

• When should I expect to receive my Durham Riverside corporate hospitality documents?

  For peace of mind, we’ll email your tickets and documentation approximately seven to ten days before your Durham cricket event takes place.

• Does Durham Cricket have a dress code for the Vitality Blast Cricket?

  Durham cricket corporate hospitality for the Vitality Blast requires smart-casual clothing be worn. Jackets and ties aren’t necessary, but you must avoid wearing ripped jeans, trainers, shorts, offensive t-shirts, tracksuits or sportswear.

• Can I bring a bag to Durham Cricket?

  The number and size of bags that may be brought into the Ground will be restricted to one bag per person and this bag must measure no more than 18”x12”x12” (45cm x 30cm x 30cm), so that it may fit comfortably under your seat.

• How do I get to Durham Cricket, The Riverside by car?

  The Riverside is located just one mile outside Chester le Street, four miles outside Durham and 10 miles from Newcastle upon Tyne. There will be extra parking arrangements for games and events which are expected to draw particularly large crowds.

• What’s the best way to get to Durham Cricket, The Riverside by rail?

  Chester-le-Street station is served by three train operating companies. Northern Rail, CrossCountry & First TransPennine all run regular services from local & regional destinations. On busy match days, additional stops are made by trains at Chester-le-Street.
