• How do I get Arsenal VIP tickets?

  Arsenal hospitality tickets for the 2025/26 season are available now. Simply choose your preferred fixture and package from our selection to secure your VIP experience at the Emirates Stadium.

• The package I'd like to book is showing online as POA, what do I do?

• Can I book Arsenal VIP packages for groups or corporate events?

  Yes! Our Arsenal hospitality packages are perfect for entertaining clients, celebrating special occasions, or enjoying a day out with friends or family. We offer a variety of suites and lounges to accommodate both small and large groups.

• Can I do a stadium tour at The Emirates Stadium?

  Yes, tours you can do tours of The Emirates Stadium but only on non-matchdays.

• When will I receive my Arsenal Hospitality tickets?

  You’ll receive your Arsenal hospitality tickets via email approximately 2 to 5 days before the match. Please ensure that the Gala Team have your most up to date email address when you confirm your booking. • Is there a dress code for Arsenal hospitality at The Emirates?

  Yes, there are various dress codes for The Emirates, usually smart casual with no away colours is the dress code. This will be confirmed when you receive your match tickets and pre-match information.

• Where is the Emirates Stadium located?

  The Emirates Stadium is located in North London at:

• What's the best way to get to The Emirates Stadium by tube?

  Arsenal (Piccadilly Line) is the nearest tube station, around three minutes’ walk from the ground. There is no step-free access leading from the station platforms to the station exit

  Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly Lines and Great Northern rail) around a 10-minute walk – should be slightly less crowded. Finsbury Park station is wheelchair accessible and is likely to be the least congested route to the stadium for wheelchair access

  Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line, North London Line and Great Northern rail) around a 10-minute walk – should be slightly less crowded. Highbury & Islington station is wheelchair accessible

• What's the best way to get to The Emirates stadium via train?

  King’s Cross is the main connecting station for national rail and many underground lines. From here you can travel to the ground via the Piccadilly Line (to Arsenal) or the Victoria Line (to Highbury & Islington). King’s Cross station is wheelchair accessible

  Overground: alternatively, a short-overground rail journey of one stop will take you to Finsbury Park station.

  Please note: Holloway Road station will be exit-only before and after matches with pre match eastbound trains non-stopping. Drayton Park is also closed on match days.

• Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

  The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

• Do the prices quoted include VAT?

  Please note that the prices quoted are per person and are subject to UK VAT, which is currently charged at 20%. VAT is added to the price within the booking section of the website.
