• Is there a min/max number of people that can book to attend an experience?

  There are no minimum numbers, although certain facilities will have minimum numbers for private tables. The maximum number is dependent on the event and availability but we regularly cater for very large parties.

• I have a large group I wish to book for, can this be done online?

  Yes, as long as there is availability. Once you have chosen which event, package and date you wish to book, you will then have the option to choose the amount of places you wish to purchase.

• Can I alter my booking at a later date?

  Subject to our Terms and Conditions and availability, your booking cannot be altered. Although, we will always do our best to accommodate changes.

• What should I do about any special dietary requirements?

  Many of Gala’s sports hospitality guests have specific dietary requirements and we’re always happy to make the arrangements. As soon as you can, get in touch with our team on 0800 195 4250 or sales@galahospitality.co.uk

• How far in advance do I need to book?

  It is always best to book as early as possible to ensure access to the best facilities possible.

• Does Headingley have a dress code for International cricket hospitality?

  Trent Bridge corporate hospitality for the International cricket requires smart-casual clothing be worn. Jackets and ties aren’t necessary, but you must avoid wearing ripped jeans, trainers, shorts, offensive t-shirts, tracksuits or sportswear.

• How will I receive my Headingley corporate hospitality tickets?

  You’ll receive your Headingley corporate hospitality tickets via email.

• Can I use cash at Headingley?

  Headingley Stadium’s catering and retail outlets are operated as cashless.

• What's the best way to get to Headingley Stadium by car?

  If travelling by car there are clear direction signs to lead you from the motorway and major road networks to the Headingley area.
