  • Is the package price per person or per table?

    In general, prices are shown on a per person basis. However, some private tables have a minimum number of people.

  • Do the prices quoted include VAT?

    Please note that the prices quoted are per person and are subject to UK VAT, which is currently charged at 20%. VAT is added to the price within the booking section of the website.

  • When should I expect to receive my Epsom Down Festival hospitality documents?

    For peace of mind, we’ll send your tickets and documentation approximately five to ten days before your Epsom Downs event takes place.

  • How will I receive my Epsom Festival tickets?

    You’ll receive your Epsom Downs Festival tickets via email. Please ensure that the Gala Team have your most up to date email address when you confirm your booking. Either chat with us live online, call 0800 195 4250, email sales@galahospitality.co.uk or complete our online enquiry form.

  • Can I use cash at Epsom?

    Epsom Racecourse continues to operate on a ‘cashless’ basis, including concessions. However, cash may be used when placing bets with all on-course bookmakers. There are no cash machines on course so if you plan to use cash please remember to bring it with you.

  • Can I alter my booking at a later date?

    Subject to our Terms and Conditions and availability, your booking cannot be altered. Although, we will always do our best to accommodate changes.

  • Do I have to pay when booking online?

    In order to secure your booking online, you will need to either pay by credit or debit card using our secure online payment system. If you wish to make a payment by invoice, please speak to one of the Gala Events team. Click here
