• When will I receive my Doncaster Races Hospitality tickets?

  All tickets will be sent via email. This includes tickets for restaurant and hospitality bookings. You will receive your ticket(s) two weeks before the fixture you are due to attend.

• The event that I'd like to attend is showing at TBC, what shall I do?

• Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

  The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

• Is the package price per person or per table?

  In general, prices are shown on a per person basis. However, some private tables have a minimum number of people.

• What time do gates open for the St Leger Festival?

  Typically, gates open two hours before the first race. A member of the Gala Events team will be able to specify the time of the first race for the day that you are booked.

• Is there a dress code for the St Leger Festival?

  Most racegoers choose a smart casual outfit when attending the races and we discourage sportswear and ripped jeans. There are more formal dress codes in place for hospitality and restaurant packages.

• Is there car parking at Doncaster Races?

  There is onsite parking in both Car Park A (chargeable at £5 per car) this is located opposite the main stand and Car Park C (Free) located at the family entrance at the bottom end of the course (bit of a walk)

• Can I use cash at Doncaster Races?

  All bars and food outlets are cashless and will be accepting card and contactless payments only. However bookmakers and the tote will still accept cash payments. As there are no cash machines on the racecourse, please bring cash with you if this is your preferred payment method with bookmakers.

• What entrance shall I use when I get to Doncaster Races?

  For County Enclosure, Premier Enclosure, and Hospitality Guests, please use the Main Reception Entrance. All Grandstand Enclosure Guests should use the Grandstand Enclosure entrance outside the racecourse on Leger Way.
