    As each member of your party arrives at Ascot Racecourse, a member of the team will guide them them to your hospitality suite.

  • Can I use cash at Royal Ascot?

    Ascot Racecourse operates a cashless system. However, cash may be used when placing bets with all on-course bookmakers.

  • What's the dress code for Royal Ascot?

    The dress code for Royal Ascot is dependant on the package that you have booked. Please speak to a member of the Gala Team who’ll be able to help with this.

  • Will there be a cloakroom at Royal Ascot?

    Yes, the cloakroom will be open. Please ask staff for assistance upon arrival.

  • I have a large group I wish to book for, can this be done online?

    Yes, as long as there is availability. Once you have chosen which event, package and date you wish to book, you will then have the option to choose the amount of places you wish to purchase.

  • Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

    The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.
