• The package I'd like to book is showing online as POA, what do I do?

• Do the prices quoted include VAT?

  Please note that the prices quoted are per person and are subject to UK VAT, which is currently charged at 20%. VAT is added to the price within the booking section of the website.

• Is the package price per person or per table?

  In general, prices are shown on a per person basis. However, some private tables have a minimum number of people.

• I have a large group I wish to book for, can this be done online?

  Yes, as long as there is availability. Once you have chosen which event, package and date you wish to book, you will then have the option to choose the amount of places you wish to purchase.

• Is there a dress code for the Ebor Festival at York Races?

  Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket, collared shirt and tie in County Stand, a cravat may be worn instead of a tie. Most gentlemen would choose to wear smart trousers and formal shoes to complete the look. So whilst there is no formal restriction on wearing jeans and trainers, these are rarely seen in the County Stand.

• Is there car parking at York Races?

  There is ample free parking at York Races.

• What's the best way to get to York Races by car?

  There are signposts for York Racecourse along all major routes.

• Can I use cash at the Ebor Festival?

  York Races operates a cashless system. Although, cash is accepted by the bookmakers/tote betting facilities on site

• Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

  The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

• When should I expect to receive my York Races hospitality documents?

  For peace of mind, we’ll post your tickets and documentation approximately five to ten days before your York Races event takes place. All tickets will be sent via Royal Mail Special delivery.
