How will I receive my Wales rugby hospitality tickets?

All rugby hospitality tickets for the Principality Stadium are released via the PSE VIP App. Please speak to the Gala team for more information on this, either chat with us live online, call 0800 195 4250, email sales@galahospitality.co.uk or complete our online enquiry form.

Do I have to pay when booking online?

In order to secure your booking online, you will need to either pay by credit or debit card using our secure online payment system. If you wish to make a payment by invoice, please speak to one of the Gala Events team. Click here

Can I take a bag into the Principality Stadium?

The Principality Stadium will not permit large bags into the stadium but you will be permitted to take small bags and handbags in with you. We class small bags as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm or standard handbags. There are no bag storage facilities available at the stadium

What's the best way to get to the Principality Stadium by train?

Cardiff Central is the nearest station to the Stadium and operates mainline services from West Wales, the Midlands, the South Coast and London. Cardiff Queen Street Station is a 15 minute walk to the east of the Stadium and offers local rail services across Cardiff and from the South Wales Valleys.

What's the best way to get to the Principality Stadium by car?

Cardiff’s location on the M4 corridor makes it easily accessible by car and is within two hours drive of London and the East Midlands. There is no dedicated spectator car parking at, or near, the stadium or matches days but there is plenty of parking available in the City Centre itself. We would advise spectators take advantage of the Park and Rides available on events days located at Leckwith.
