• How will I receive my Utilita Bowl corporate hospitality tickets?

  You’ll receive your Utilita Bowl corporate hospitality tickets via email.

• When should I expect to receive my Utilita Bowl corporate hospitality documents?

  For peace of mind, we’ll email your tickets and documentation approximately seven to ten days before your Utilita Bowl event takes place.

• Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

  The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

• Does the Ageas Bowl have a dress code for Vitality Blast T20 Hospitality?

  The dress code in hospitality areas for the domestic T20 cricket is Smart/Casual. The T20 is a more relaxed cricketing occasion, so you are welcome to come dressed on the more casual side. As always guests are required to avoid wearing either ripped jeans or flip-flops, a collar is required and tailored shorts are fine to wear.

• Can I bring a bag to the Utilita Bowl?

  The number and size of bags that may be brought into the Ground will be restricted to one bag per person and this bag must measure no more than 18”x12”x12” (45cm x 30cm x 30cm), so that it may fit comfortably under your seat.

• Where should I meet my guests upon arrival at The Utilita Bowl?

  As each member of your party arrives at Utilita Bowl, a member of the Gala team will escort them to your table in the hospitality suite.

• Can I leave The Utilita Bowl hospitality and come back later that day?

  Yes, that’s fine. Just remember to get a hand-stamp before leaving the hospitality suite, to make your re-entry as smooth as possible when you return.

• What's the best way to travel to Utilita Bowl by train or bus?

  Hedge End train station is less than 2 miles away, approximately a 35 minute walk from The Utilita Bowl. From the station you can catch the First Bus No. 8. Hedge End station is located on the South Western Railway, Portsmouth Solent Line.

• What's the best way to travel to Utilita Bowl by car?

  The Utilita Bowl is  just 1.2 miles from the M27, Junction 7. When exiting the motorway please follow signs for the Utilita Bowl.
