• How far in advance do I need to book?

  It is always best to book as early as possible to ensure access to the best facilities possible.

• How will I receive my Utilita Bowl corporate hospitality tickets?

  You’ll receive your Utilita Bowl corporate hospitality tickets via email.

• Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

  The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

• Can we bring our own branding, theming or promotional material?

  This cannot be guaranteed, however, we will accommodate wherever feasible. Please discuss options available with a member of the Gala Events team. Click Here

• Does the Ageas Bowl have a dress code for International cricket hospitality?

  The dress code in hospitality areas for International matches is Smart/Casual. We would advise that chinos and a smart shirt is common for men while for women dresses, blouses or smart tops may be sleeveless and smart sandals may be worn. As always guests are required to avoid wearing either ripped jeans or flip-flops, a collar is required and tailored shorts are fine to wear.

• Can I leave The Utilita Bowl hospitality and come back later that day?

  Yes, that’s fine. Just remember to get a hand-stamp before leaving the hospitality suite, to make your re-entry as smooth as possible when you return.

• Can I bring a bag to the Utilita Bowl?

  The number and size of bags that may be brought into the Ground will be restricted to one bag per person and this bag must measure no more than 18”x12”x12” (45cm x 30cm x 30cm), so that it may fit comfortably under your seat.

• What's the best way to travel to Utilita Bowl by train or bus?

  Hedge End train station is less than 2 miles away, approximately a 35 minute walk from The Utilita Bowl. From the station you can catch the First Bus No. 8. Hedge End station is located on the South Western Railway, Portsmouth Solent Line.
