This inspiring charity fundraising event supports two outstanding causes — Prostate Cancer UK and Man Down — through Project Life 13, an ambitious three-year mission committed to raising vital funds and awareness for men’s health and wellbeing.

Project Life 13: The Challenges
Having conquered the iconic Marathon des Sables, raced in Ironman UK, and trekked across the Arctic, Rob is now embarking on a three year mission to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK and Man Down UK with a series of ultra solo challenges:
- 1: CLIMB / FLY 15,766 feet to the summit of Montblanc, then paraglide down
- 2: ROW 3,500 miles solo and unsupported across the Atlantic Ocean from New York to Cornwall
- 3: ROW 6,800 miles solo and unsupported across the Pacific Ocean from San Francisco to Auckland
