What we offer.....

Gala Events is proud to offer superb debenture seating at Wimbledon offering the chance to experience either Centre Court or Number 1 Court action. We offer tennis hospitality at all the other grass court tournaments including the Fever Tree Championships at Queen’s Club, Nature Valley International at Eastbourne and the Classic in Birmingham, as well as the top invitational tournaments such as The Boodles and Champions’ Tennis at the Royal Albert Hall.

We also offer tennis hospitality packages for the end-of-season ATP Finals at the O2 in November which sees the top 8 players in the world clash over an action-packed week! Should you require a quote for any of the other Grand Slam tournaments we are able to provide packages at the US Open, French Open and Australian Open on application.

  • The package I'd like to book is showing online as POA, what do I do?

    Please speak to a member of the Gala Events Team for more information. Either chat with us live online, call 0800 195 4250, email sales@galahospitality.co.uk or complete our online enquiry form.

  • I have a large group I wish to book for, can this be done online?

    Yes, as long as there is availability. Once you have chosen which event, package and date you wish to book, you will then have the option to choose the amount of places you wish to purchase.

  • Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

    The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

  • Do I have to pay when booking online?

    In order to secure your booking online, you will need to either pay by credit or debit card using our secure online payment system. If you wish to make a payment by invoice, please speak to one of the Gala Events team. Click here

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are securely encrypted. Please note, we do not add a surcharge when paying by credit card.

  • Will all of my party be seated together?

    Yes, when you book your hospitality event, we will try our best to ensure that all of your party are sat together. We will be able to clarify groupings with you at the point of booking.

  • How far in advance do I need to book?

    It is always best to book as early as possible to ensure access to the best facilities possible.

  • Can I alter my booking at a later date?

    Subject to our Terms and Conditions and availability, your booking cannot be altered. Although, we will always do our best to accommodate changes.

  • Will there be an official photographer during my corporate hospitality event?

    Gala regularly works with some of the UK’s best photographers and videographers, and we’re happy to make the arrangements if you’d like a professional keepsake of your special day. Just speak to our team on 0800 195 4250 or sales@galahospitality.co.uk

  • Do the prices quoted include VAT?

    Please note that the prices quoted are per person and are subject to UK VAT, which is currently charged at 20%. VAT is added to the price within the booking section of the website.
