  • Can I alter my booking at a later date?

    Subject to our Terms and Conditions and availability, your booking cannot be altered. Although, we will always do our best to accommodate changes.

  • Do the prices quoted include VAT?

    Please note that the prices quoted are per person and are subject to UK VAT, which is currently charged at 20%. VAT is added to the price within the booking section of the website.

  • Will all of my party be seated together?

    Yes, when you book your sports hospitality event, we’ll make sure that your seats are next to each other.

  • What's the best way to get to Stamford Bridge by tube?

    The nearest tube station to Stamford Bridge is Fulham Broadway on the District Line. From central London, take a train to Earls Court and change for Wimbledon-bound trains. There are two Overground stations near to Stamford Bridge, West Brompton and Imperial Wharf which are both about a 15-minute walk from the stadium. These are both on a direct line to Clapham Junction station among others.

  • What's the best way to get to Stamford Bridge via car?

    Fans are advised NOT to drive to Stamford Bridge due to resident parking restrictions in the area around the stadium, especially on matchdays.

  • Is there a dress code for Chelsea hospitality?

    Yes, there are dress codes for the various lounges at Stamford Bridge. This will be confirmed when you receive your match tickets and pre-match information.

  • How will I receive my Chelsea hospitality tickets?

    You’ll receive your Chelsea hospitality tickets via email approximately 2 to 5 days before the match. Please ensure that the Gala Team have your most up to date email address when you confirm your booking.
