• The package I'd like to book is showing online as POA, what do I do?

• The event that I'd like to attend is showing at TBC, what shall I do?

• Is the package price per person or per table?

  In general, prices are shown on a per person basis. However, some private tables have a minimum number of people.

• Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

  The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

• I have a large group I wish to book for, can this be done online?

  Yes, as long as there is availability. Once you have chosen which event, package and date you wish to book, you will then have the option to choose the amount of places you wish to purchase.

• When are dates and artists confirmed for Newmarket Race Nights?

• When will I receive my Newmarket Hospitality tickets?

  You’ll receive your Newmarket hospitality tickets via post, approximately 3-7 days before the event. Please ensure that the Gala Team have your most up to date delivery address when you confirm your booking. • Is there parking at Newmarket Races?

  There are a variety of car parking options available at the Rowley Mile and the July Course. Parking within the public car parks is free to all those attending the race meeting.

• Does Newmarket have a dress code?

  Racegoers are encouraged to dress smartly in the Premier Enclosure. Most would wear smart trousers, a shirt and formal shoes or a dress or trouser suit with a hat or fascinator, but these are not compulsory.

• Do the prices quoted include VAT?

  Please note that the prices quoted are per person and are subject to UK VAT, which is currently charged at 20%. VAT is added to the price within the booking section of the website.
