• What is the format of The Boodles tournament?

  The Boodles is a five day, non-competitive, exhibition tournament. Play is scheduled to commence at 2.30pm each day.  While the duration of each match varies, close of play is expected at approximately 6.30pm.

• What time do gates open at The Boodles?

  Gates open at 11.30 am daily.

• What is the dress code for the The Boodles?

  The Boodles has a dress code of ‘Smart Casual’, however we kindly ask that no jeans are worn on the date of attendance.   We would encourage our guests to dress for a glamorous summer garden party.

• Is there car parking at The Boodles?

  General parking is free for all guests and does not require a permit or pass. For guests of the Players hospitality, car park passes will be delivered along with the tickets packs in early June 2023.

• Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

  The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

• Can I alter my booking at a later date?

  Subject to our Terms and Conditions and availability, your booking cannot be altered. Although, we will always do our best to accommodate changes.

• I have a large group I wish to book for, can this be done online?

  Yes, as long as there is availability. Once you have chosen which event, package and date you wish to book, you will then have the option to choose the amount of places you wish to purchase.
