An Evening with George Groves & Glenn McCrory: 2021 Top Boxing Hospitality

After the unfortunate late absence of David Haye we were delighted that two former world champions stepped in at the last minute to save the day and give our guests in a packed Great Hall at Truro’s finest hotel, The Alverton Manor an evening of top boxing hospitality to remember!

We were joined by former super middleweight world champion “Saint” George Groves and former cruiserweight champion Glenn McCrory for an evening of fine dining, free-flowing drinks and frivolity in the run-in to Christmas! The Alverton Manor has quickly become our venue of choice for our Cornish events, the standard of catering and quality of service is some of the best in the county, and the Hall itself is a magnificent venue befitting a top boxing hospitality event. George and Glenn were in top form with some great tales from their careers in the toughest sport on the planet, a real insider’s view of what it takes to reach the pinnacle of the game. Our next event in Truro will feature Liverpool and England superstar Michael Owen, we cannot wait to return and hope to see everyone again in 2022 for what we hope will be another incredible night!
