London Lunch with The England Managers

Our annual corporate hospitality in the run-up to Christmas was another record-breaker with around 400 guests attending the Grosvenor Hotel on Park Lane for a star-studded “Lunch with the England Managers”. With over a decade between them managing the Three Lions from 1996-2006, we were delighted to welcome Sven-Goran Erikkson, Glenn Hoddle and Kevin Keegan for a fascinating afternoon’s entertainment.

With the festive season on the horizon and the weekend beckoning, there was a great buzz in the room with everyone making good use of the complimentary bar over a delicious three course luncheon. With some superb memorabilia items and experiences up for grabs in the auctions, a few bargains and belated Christmas presents were snapped up!

To hear from these three giants of the game at our corporate hospitality event was a thrill in itself: Two of the greatest ever English players in their heydey who went on to manage their country, joined by the master technician and tactician Eriksson, made for a great panel. Host Pete Graves was in his element as the three dissected their times as England manager and analysed the state of the game today and the current young and exciting England team.

All in all, a cracking day out – roll on next year!!
