Lunch with the Football Characters

Guests gathered at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel on December 1st, 2023, for an unforgettable Lunch with the Football Characters. With Ally McCoist, Jimmy Bullard, and Neil ‘Razor’ Ruddock as the star panel, attendees were treated to a delightful blend of humor, football insight, and festive cheer. Hosted by Sky Sports’ Pete Graves, the event kicked off with a superb three-course lunch, and the trio wasted no time delving into their careers.

Ally McCoist shared entertaining stories from his time at Rangers, including a funny incident during a high-pressure Old Firm derby that lightened the tension in the dressing room. Jimmy Bullard, known for his lively personality, had the room in stitches with anecdotes from his Premier League days, particularly one about a post-match prank on a teammate that backfired spectacularly. ‘Razor’ Ruddock didn’t disappoint either, recalling his notorious run-in with Patrick Vieira during a heated Liverpool vs. Arsenal clash, as well as his legendary banter with teammates, leaving the audience roaring with laughter.
