Manchester City Hospitality

  • The package I'd like to book is showing online as POA, what do I do?

    Please speak to a member of the Gala Events Team for more information. Either chat with us live online, call 0800 195 4250, email sales@galahospitality.co.uk or complete our online enquiry form.

  • How far in advance do I need to book?

    It is always best to book as early as possible to ensure access to the best facilities possible.

  • Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

    The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

  • Is there a min/max number of people that can book to attend an experience?

    There are no minimum numbers, although certain facilities will have minimum numbers for private tables. The maximum number is dependent on the event and availability but we regularly cater for very large parties.

  • Can I alter my booking at a later date?

    Subject to our Terms and Conditions and availability, your booking cannot be altered. Although, we will always do our best to accommodate changes.

  • Can I take a bag to Manchester City Hospitality at The Etihad Stadium?

    Backpacks, holdalls, rucksacks, or other similar items of any size, large or small, will not be allowed into the stadium. Small handheld bags, no larger than A4 size (12”x8”x3”) will be accepted.

  • What's the best way to get to The Etihad Stadium by bus?

    There are bus stops adjacent to the stadium. At the end of the match, shuttle buses will be lined up on Ashton New Road next to the South Stand heading to Manchester city centre.

  • Is there car parking at The Etihad Stadium?

    Manchester City has introduced a new Car Parking system to maximise the available spaces at the Etihad Campus. Car Parking must now be pre-booked on a match-by-match basis.

    Also, journeys to the stadium are really easy from the many Park & Ride sites on the Metrolink network. Parking is free for Metrolink passengers. For those traveling from the east or north there are two large Park & Ride car parks located at Ashton West and Ashton Moss.

  • How will I receive my Manchester City hospitality tickets?

    You’ll receive your Manchester City hospitality tickets via email approximately 2 to 5 days before the match. Please ensure that the Gala Team have your most up to date email address when you confirm your booking.   • Is there a dress code for Manchester City hospitality?

    Yes, there are dress codes for the various lounges at The Etihad. This will be confirmed when you receive your match tickets and pre-match information.
