• When will I receive my tickets for my British Super Bikes hospitality booking?

  Our BSB Team hospitality operate a guest list checking in system, with VIP lanyards/passes being issued to guests on arrival to the venue. Please ensure that the Gala Team have your most up to date email address when you confirm your booking so that we can send your arrival details and itinerary before your booking date. • Is there a dress code for British Superbikes Hospitality?

  The dress code for all rounds is casual, we advise dressing for the weather as much of your time is spent out around the track.

• Will all of my party be seated together?

  Yes, when you book your hospitality event, we will try our best to ensure that all of your party are sat together. We will be able to clarify groupings with you at the point of booking.

• Do I have to pay when booking online?

  In order to secure your booking online, you will need to either pay by credit or debit card using our secure online payment system. If you wish to make a payment by invoice, please speak to one of the Gala Events team. Click here

• Can I alter my booking at a later date?

  Subject to our Terms and Conditions and availability, your booking cannot be altered. Although, we will always do our best to accommodate changes.

• Do the prices quoted include VAT?

  Please note that the prices quoted are per person and are subject to UK VAT, which is currently charged at 20%. VAT is added to the price within the booking section of the website.

• Is the package price per person or per table?

  In general, prices are shown on a per person basis. However, some private tables have a minimum number of people.

• Is there a min/max number of people that can book to attend an experience?

  There are no minimum numbers, although certain facilities will have minimum numbers for private tables. The maximum number is dependent on the event and availability but we regularly cater for very large parties.

• Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

  The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.
