Paul Wayne Gregory has worked in the fine food industry for over 25 years. Originally starting out as a baker, he found his true love in fine patisserie and chocolate.
He has worked in Michelin star restaurants and spent time working for world-class patisserie and chocolate chefs in Paris and Barcelona. In 2009, Paul set up his own chocolate business specialising in designing and supplying bespoke displays, sculptures and unique hand-crafted chocolates for any event. The chocolates are now sold in retail outlets internationally and wholesale to restaurants and hotels.
The company has gone on to win multiple awards and achievements, including;
-Making chocolates for the Queen’s 80th birthday
-Total chocolate awards since starting: 8 gold awards, 3 silver awards and 1 bronze.
-Making the ‘Pure Indulgence Chocolate Box’, the first truly award-winning chocolate box where every chocolate has won an award.
-Created bespoke chocolate boxes and chocolates for the launch of Microsoft Windows Live Europe, Hackett and other clients.
We are delighted to offer a fantastic online event with Paul for a minimum of 20 guests, where guests will have a ‘Masterclass and Tasting Session’. Paul will create a chocolate and talk through how he does this and what makes his style of creation very different from the rest of the industry. Guests will be sent a tasting kit in advance and they will then have the chance to trial these, as Paul talks you through each one, with how these were created and why.
The event will be hosted by a presenter, who will ask questions about Paul’s career, the chocolates that he is making and let your guests ask any questions at various points, to make the session really interactive. Your guests will also be sent a box of Paul’s luxury chocolates to enjoy at a different time.
