• How will I receive my Newbury hospitality tickets?

  You’ll receive your Newbury Races tickets via post. Please ensure that the Gala Team have your most up to date delivery address when you confirm your booking. Either chat with us live online, call 0800 195 4250, email sales@galahospitality.co.uk or complete our online enquiry form.

• When should I expect to receive my Newbury Races hospitality documents?

  For peace of mind, we’ll post your tickets and documentation approximately five to ten days before your Newbury Races event takes place. All tickets will be sent via Royal Mail Special delivery.

• What's the dress code for Newbury Races?

  Racegoers at Newbury are encouraged to wear smart attire in the Premier Enclosure and many visitors choose to dress up for the day. Smart shorts, smart denim jeans and trainers are acceptable. Denim must not be ripped, football/sports team shirts and vests are not permitted.

• Is there parking at Newbury Races?

  There is ample free parking at Newbury Races.

• Can I use cash at Newbury Races?

  Newbury Races operates a cashless system. Although, cash is accepted by the bookmakers/tote betting facilities on site

• Can I bring a bag to Newbury Races?

  Yes, you can bring a small bag to Newbury Races. But please be aware that the track are currently operating heightened security measures at all their race meetings.

• What's the best way to get to Newbury Races by car?

  The racecourse is clearly signposted and just minutes from Junctions 12 and 13 of the M4, also easily accessible from the M3. The course is clearly signposted from the M4 and from the A34 South of Newbury.

• Is the package price per person or per table?

  In general, prices are shown on a per person basis. However, some private tables have a minimum number of people.

• Is there a min/max number of people that can book to attend an experience?

  There are no minimum numbers, although certain facilities will have minimum numbers for private tables. The maximum number is dependent on the event and availability but we regularly cater for very large parties.

• Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

  The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.
