• When will I receive my Warwick Races Hospitality tickets?

  You’ll receive your Warwick Races hospitality tickets via post. Please ensure that the Gala Team have your most up to date delivery address when you confirm your booking. Either chat with us live online, call 0800 195 4250, email sales@galahospitality.co.uk or complete our online enquiry form.

• Where should I meet my guests upon arrival at Warwick Races?

  As each member of your party arrives at Warwick Races, a member of the team will guide them  them to your hospitality suite.

• Can I bring a bag to Warwick Races?

  Yes, guests are permitted a small bag per person

• Can I use cash at Warwick Races?

  Warwick Races operates a cashless system. However, cash may be used when placing bets with all on-course bookmakers. There are no cash machines on our courses so if you plan to use cash please remember to bring it with you.

• Does Warwick Races have a dress code?

  Warwick races does not operate a strict dress code, but we would suggest smart casual and to dress appropriately for the weather. No ripped jeans or exercise clothing is permitted.

• What's the best way to get to Warwick Races by bus?

  From Warwick Town Centre Bus Station, you will be starting on Puckerings Lane follow this until the end of the road.

  • Take a right turn at the end of Puckering Lane onto Bowling Green Street.
  • At the end of Bowling Green Street, turn right onto Friars Street (A4189).
  • Follow this road for approximately 0.2 miles and Warwick racecourse will be on the right hand side.

• Is there car parking at Warwick Races?

  Yes, parking at Warwick Races is totally free for all of guests.

• Are there electric car charging points at Warwick Races?

  Warwick racecourse has two “fast charge” electric vehicle charging points located near the entrance.

• Is the package price per person or per table?

  In general, prices are shown on a per person basis. However, some private tables have a minimum number of people.

• Do the prices quoted include VAT?

  Please note that the prices quoted are per person and are subject to UK VAT, which is currently charged at 20%. VAT is added to the price within the booking section of the website.

• Can I alter my booking at a later date?

  Subject to our Terms and Conditions and availability, your booking cannot be altered. Although, we will always do our best to accommodate changes.
