• What is the Hundred App

  The Hundred App keeps fans updated with scores, highlights and news and it is the preferred way for ticket holders to enter venues - it stores your tickets digitally and allows you to share them with friends and family. Also inside The Hundred App is an interactive map for each venue, where the facilities are and much more.

• What is mobile ticketing for the Hundred?

  The best way for ticket holders to enter The Hundred venues on match day is via our mobile tickets held within The Hundred App. Mobile tickets replace paper tickets or print at home tickets and can be displayed on your smartphone. The Hundred App is available from both the App Store iOS (Apple) users and the Google Play Store for Android users. Your mobile ticket allows you to enter the venue quickly and can be transferred on to each person attending. Anyone that receives a transferred ticket will need to download The Hundred app and log in.

• How do I download The Hundred App?

  To download the app, please visit the App store for iPhone or Google Play for Android

• Can I bring a bag to the Kia Oval?

  The number and size of bags that may be brought into the Ground will be restricted to one bag per person and this bag must measure no more than 18”x12”x12” (45cm x 30cm x 30cm), so that it may fit comfortably under your seat.

• Does the Kia Oval have a dress code for the Hundred?

  For The Hundred corporate hospitality at the Kia oval Smart/Casual dress is required. Please feel free to dress more on the casual side for The Hundred due to the more vibrant nature of the competition, but do please follow the usual guidelines that while jackets and ties aren’t necessary, do avoid wearing ripped jeans, trainers or flip-flops. As a guideline smart jeans and a smart polo shirt with smart trainers or shoes for men, while for women a casual skirt and top with smart trainers or sandals would be fine.

• Can I alter my booking at a later date?

  Subject to our Terms and Conditions and availability, your booking cannot be altered. Although, we will always do our best to accommodate changes.

• Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

  The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

• What’s the best way to get to The Oval by tube?

  Take the Northern Line or Victoria Line. The Northern Line gets you closest, with Oval tube station two minutes’ walk from the ground, and Kennington tube station a ten-minute walk away. Alternatively, on the Victoria Line, get off at Vauxhall tube station and walk ten minutes to The Oval.

• What’s the best way to get to The Oval by bus?

  Route numbers 36, 185 and 436 stop outside The Oval, while the buses 3, 59, 109, 133, 159 and 333 all stop within a five-minute walk of the ground.

• Where should I meet my guests upon arrival at The Kia Oval?

  As each member of your party arrives at The Oval, a member of the Gala team will escort them to your table in the hospitality suite.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are securely encrypted. Please note, we do not add a surcharge when paying by credit card.
