London Fashion Week Hospitality (16-20th February)
Pack your oversized sunglasses and practise your pout as Gala whisks you past the paparazzi and into the epicentre of global fashion.
Following on the Louboutin heels of our hugely popular 2023 package, Gala’s London Fashion Week hospitality invites you behind the scenes at superbrand Roksanda’s Fashion Show, not only offering unbeatable seats lining the catwalk but a three-course gourmet meal and lectures from industry experts (last year’s speaker was the legendary Wayne Hemingway).

Lord’s Long Room Lunch (June/July)
Watching a match at the hallowed home of English cricket already feels like a fantasy moment.
But imagine the thrill of an invitation into the iconic Long Room at Lord’s Pavilion, breathing in the history of ‘the most evocative four walls in the world of cricket’ and dining in splendour as three visiting legends of the game share their career highs and funniest stories. With past guests including everyone from David Gower to Phil Tufnell, our Lord’s Long Room Lunch sells out fast – so keep a close eye on our cricket hospitality pages.

Fury Vs Usyk Boxing Hospitality (17 February)
It’s billed as the Ring Of Fire, and after a hot-tempered press conference between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk, sparks will fly as the Gypsy King goes after the Ukrainian’s WBA, WBO and IBF titles at Saudi Arabia’s Kingdom Arena.
With a proud history of boxing hospitality – and ties with everyone from David Haye to Carl Froch – only Gala can bring you closer to the blood and thunder of a bout that will settle one of the sport’s most bitter grudges.
England v West Indies Test Match Cricket Hospitality (10-30th July)
In the iron-grey depths of winter, it’s comforting to spin your thoughts forward to summer 2024, imagining the sun beating down on immaculate emerald turf as England host (and hopefully conquer) the West Indies at Lord’s, Trent Bridge and Edgbaston.
Whichever venue suits you, turn to the UK’s cricket hospitality experts and we’ll create your perfect day out, including your choice of premium seating, reception drinks, fine dining and celebrity guests.
Euro 2024 Big Screen Football Hospitality (June)
After all those oh-so-nears, there could be no sweeter or more poetic scenario than England stealing the Euros from arch-rivals Germany on home turf.
Of course, not everyone can commit to travelling abroad this summer – but you won’t believe the electric atmosphere when you gather friends and clients for our Euro 2024 big screen events in London, Birmingham, Newcastle and Plymouth, where state-of-the-art technology makes every strike, slide tackle and goalmouth scramble feel larger than life. Keep an eye on our football hospitality page for more details.

Cheltenham Race Festival & Gold Cup Lunches (12-15th March)
Dressed in your finery, surrounded by friends and ready for a flutter, the Cheltenham Festival is one of the most atmospheric events in the racing calendar.
And when you’re out to impress, Gala’s horse racing hospitality experts can dial up the luxury with everything from private lounges to fine dining and even steam train travel to this enchanting spa town. Or, if you’d rather we brought race week to you, keep 15 March free for our Gold Cup lunches in London and Birmingham, where special guests will include John Barnes, David James and Phil Tufnell.

The Big Concerts
We might be famous for our sports hospitality, but Gala’s music events are just as popular and in 2024 we’re proud to roll out the rock star treatment at the year’s flagship concerts.
From pop princesses like Taylor Swift and Pink to rock ‘n’ roll legends like Bruce Springsteen and Liam Gallagher, only Gala can hit the high notes with luxury seating, gourmet meals, souvenirs and more.
Six Nations Rugby Hospitality (Feb/March)
Once you’ve experienced the Six Nations with Gala’s acclaimed rugby hospitality, you’ll never go back to craning your neck at the pub.
We not only offer best-in-stadium seating that means you feel every crunching tackle and forget to breathe as the winger breaks free. We also step up the luxury with private hospitality lounges, gourmet food and your choice of special guest.
Celebrity Golf Classic (11th July)
Having hosted the Open Championship on no fewer than eleven occasions, you’ll pinch yourself as you walk the hallowed fairways of Royal Lytham and St Annes.
As if that fabled backdrop weren’t thrilling enough, just wait for the moment when a pair of bona fide British sporting legends – Three Lions great Teddy Sheringham and Ashes hero Steve Harmison – arrive with their clubs for a day of drives, putts, banter and storytelling. Our Celebrity Golf Classic is topped off by a luxury dinner and stopover at the nearby Glendower Hotel.
Formula 1
If you thought the banshee shriek of an overtaking F1 car was exciting on TV, that’s nothing compared to the thrill of being trackside as the world’s best drivers push their next-generation machinery to the redline.
Whichever race would most impress your clients – and whatever little luxuries would sweeten the deal, from gourmet food to special guests – just give Gala’s motorsport hospitality experts your brief and consider it done.
