  For peace of mind, we’ll email your tickets and documentation approximately seven to ten days before your Kia Oval event takes place.

• Where should I meet my guests upon arrival at The Kia Oval?

  As each member of your party arrives at The Oval, a member of the Gala team will escort them to your table in the hospitality suite.

• Does the Kia Oval have a dress code for the IT20 Cricket?

  For International cricket corporate hospitality at the Kia oval Smart/Casual dress is required. Please dress more on the smart side for international fixtures and follow the usual guidelines stating that while jackets and ties aren’t necessary, do avoid wearing ripped jeans, trainers or flip-flops. As a guideline chinos or smart trousers with a collared shirt and smart shoes for men, while for women a smart sandal, boots or heals with a smart dress or blouse.

• Can I bring a bag to the Kia Oval?

  The number and size of bags that may be brought into the Ground will be restricted to one bag per person and this bag must measure no more than 18”x12”x12” (45cm x 30cm x 30cm), so that it may fit comfortably under your seat.

• What’s the best way to get to The Oval by rail?

  The Kia Oval is just ten minutes by foot from Vauxhall station, which is served by South Western Trains coming in and out of Waterloo.

• Is there a min/max number of people that can book to attend an experience?

  There are no minimum numbers, although certain facilities will have minimum numbers for private tables. The maximum number is dependent on the event and availability but we regularly cater for very large parties.

• Do the prices quoted include VAT?

  Please note that the prices quoted are per person and are subject to UK VAT, which is currently charged at 20%. VAT is added to the price within the booking section of the website.
