Lunch with the Lionesses 2022

Our Lunch with the Lionesses featured England stars Alessia Russo and Rachel Daly, fresh from their stunning triumph at the Euros, and former England forward Rachel Yankey who won an incredible 129 caps for her country. The tournament’s second highest scorer Alessia was in brilliant form with Rachel Daly, who started every game of the tournament, as they recounted what it was like to win the tournament. Rachel Yankey played such a huge part in building England towards being one of the world’s top teams and it was clear how much the two younger players had learned from her.

Guests enjoyed a delightful three course lunch at the 5* Grosvenor Park Lane as well as a complimentary bar, with the Lionesses attracting quite a few new clients desperate to hear from our inspirational trio of football heroines! With all roads leading to next year’s World Cup it was clear to everyone that England will be a force to be reckoned with as they try to take the ultimate prize from current holders the USA, who the Lionesses have beaten as recently as October 2022, just a short time after the Euros triumph!
