England v Slovenia: Hyatt Hotel World Cup Event

We hosted a World Cup Big Screen Event at The Hyatt Hotel, Birmingham in partnership with Warwickshire County Cricket Club for the crucial final group match, between England and Slovenia, on 23 June 2010.

Guests arrived at 12 noon and enjoyed a luxurious three course lunch, before being entertained by a Question and Answer session, with former England international’s Kenny Sansom and Mick Harford. The Q & A was hosted by former BRMB Radio presenter Adam Bridge.

Coverage of the football commenced on the Big Screen at 3pm and at half time Sansom and Harford came up to the front to give their expert analysis.

At the conclusion of the football, guests left the hotel and were taken by executive coaches to Edgbaston Cricket Ground, where they then enjoyed a Twenty 20 Cricket match between Warwickshire Bears and Leicestershire Foxes.
