Vitality T20 Blast Finals Day is one of the most eagerly anticipated events in the cricket calendar, featuring two thrilling semi-finals before the grand Vitality T20 Blast Final. In 2025, Edgbaston once again played host to this spectacular festival of cricket, with Lancashire, Somerset, Northants and Hampshire battling it out for glory.
After winning their semi-finals, Somerset sealed the title with a record-breaking chase of 195, defeating Hampshire by six wickets. Will Smeed’s brilliant 94 and a late surge from captain Lewis Gregory clinched Somerset’s third Blast crown, overcoming Hampshire’s strong total powered by Toby Albert (85) and James Vince (52).
